Refund Policy

We stand behind every product we sell. Here's everything you need to know about refunds and returns.

Summary: We accept refunds for production defects, expired products, or wrong items delivered. Raise a request within 7 days of delivery. Processing takes 10–12 business days.

For approved defect-based refunds, we will arrange a pickup at no cost to you. You do not need to ship the product back at your own expense. Our logistics team will contact you to schedule a pickup.

In cases where a pickup is not possible, we may ask you to ship the product back. We will reimburse reasonable shipping costs (up to ₹100) upon receipt of the return.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched. To cancel an order, email info@sakeofhealth.in immediately with your order number. Once an order has been picked up by our delivery partner, cancellations are no longer possible.
