1. Eligible Refund Conditions
Sake of Health will process a full refund in the following situations:
- Production defect: The product is damaged, broken, or has a manufacturing defect.
- Expired product: You received a product that was already past its expiry date at the time of delivery.
- Wrong product delivered: The product delivered does not match what you ordered.
- Missing items: One or more items from your order are missing.
- Significantly different from description: The product is materially different from what was described on our website.
2. Non-Eligible Conditions
Refunds will not be processed in the following situations:
- Change of mind after the product has been opened.
- Dissatisfaction with taste or flavour preferences (we recommend checking our product descriptions carefully).
- Allergic reactions due to known personal allergens listed in the ingredients.
- Products that have been partially consumed (more than 7 days of use).
- Products purchased from third-party sellers or unauthorised resellers.
3. How to Raise a Refund Request
To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:
- Email info@sakeofhealth.in within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number and a brief description of the issue.
- Attach clear photos of the product (including the batch number and expiry date on the packaging).
- Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
4. Refund Process & Timeline
Once your refund request is approved:
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method.
- Processing typically takes 10–12 business days from the date of approval.
- For UPI and net banking, the refund may reflect within 5–7 business days after processing.
- For credit/debit cards, it may take up to 10–12 business days depending on your bank.
5. Return Shipping
For approved defect-based refunds, we will arrange a pickup at no cost to you. You do not need to ship the product back at your own expense. Our logistics team will contact you to schedule a pickup.
In cases where a pickup is not possible, we may ask you to ship the product back. We will reimburse reasonable shipping costs (up to ₹100) upon receipt of the return.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched. To cancel an order, email info@sakeofhealth.in immediately with your order number. Once an order has been picked up by our delivery partner, cancellations are no longer possible.
